Book Appointment
Please call us to speak to one of our secretaries to make an appointment. All appointments are by prior booking only. For non urgent appointments at a time that suits you, it is best to book as far in advance as possible.
Emergency Appointments
Each day we have a number of “urgent” appointment slots. These are reserved for patients with urgent problems that need to be see by a doctor that day. We cannot always guarantee an urgent same day appointment with the doctor of your choice.
An additional urgent-care clinic, with a limited number of appointments, will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Monday December 15th. Appointments will be made available to book from 9 am on December 15th. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Practice Nurses
Practice Nurses at Mizen Medical see and treat a range of conditions. (Click here for more details). Please check with our secretaries at the time of booking as to whether the purpose of your visit would be more suited to a Practice Nurse consultation.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give your booking to someone else.
Chaparone Policy
The doctors and nurses at Mizen Medical are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment. Please feel free to request the presence of a chaperone during any consultation or examination. Sometimes a doctor or nurse may request the presence of a chaperone.
